COVID-19 Policy

In the interest of mitigating the risk of transmission, please cancel sessions if you or your child is ill.

I’ll happily mask upon request for any session.


Cancellation Policy

Please try to give at least 24 hours notice for the cancellation of a session, and I’ll do the same. I do understand that sometimes that’s not possible – life happens!

If anyone in the child’s household or my household are sick, the session should be cancelled. I would prefer a last-minute cancellation than to risk transmission of illness.


Payment policy

Payment is due at the time the service is provided. This can be done through a cheque at the time of the session or the fee can be e-transferred to jillian.rowsell@gmail.com.


Confidentiality

All information obtained is strictly confidential under typical circumstances. In the interest of maintaining confidentiality, I do not use client names in email. I refer to children and their family members by their initials, and keep the least amount of identifying information possible while maintaining accurate records. At the beginning of our sessions, informed consent that includes a discussion about confidentiality will take place.
